Information you enter

The enquiry builder prepares your message in your browser. It does not store your form entries in a website database or browser storage. Previewing or copying an enquiry does not send it to KAVO.

Sending an enquiry

When direct contact is available and you choose WhatsApp or email, the message opens in that service. You review and send it there. The service you choose processes information under its own privacy terms. KAVO receives the information only if you send the message.

Website activity

We count page views, visits and clicks that open WhatsApp to understand how this website is used. A random identifier is kept in your browser’s session storage for the current tab. The server keeps a daily hash of that identifier for up to 30 days to avoid counting each page reload as a new visit. Daily totals are retained for reporting, using India Standard Time.

The analytics database does not store your name, email, phone number, enquiry contents, IP address, referrer or full page URL. There are no advertising cookies or external analytics services. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Known automated browsers are skipped, but counts remain estimates and may include your own visits or miss blocked tracking.

Visits represent browser tab sessions, not a count of distinct people. WhatsApp clicks record an attempt to open WhatsApp, not a confirmed message or sale. Only the website owner can access the activity summary through the site’s management tools.
